Working principle of screen press machine
Screen press is a common production tool, whose main function is to
connect COF (module) and conductive adhesive explosive particles
through pressure and contact with the material surface to achieve the
purpose of pressing. The following will provide a detailed introduction

The principle of the screen press machine is to use a PLC as the control
center of the entire system to achieve the operation of the entire attachment
process. The PLC outputs pulses from specific pulse output ports to control
the pneumatic components, causing the LCD to rotate alternately and the
platform to move precisely in the circumferential direction to the designated
position according to the predetermined position. It is mainly aimed at the
hard to hard combination between optical and rigid materials, such as bonding
two layers of glass substrates with optical double-sided tape, and pressing the
components in a vacuum state, effectively overcoming process defects such
as bubbles and rainbow patterns. It is an essential process in the touch panel
combination process.

The basic structure of a screen press machine includes the body, press head,
hanger, and personalized customized mesh board. Among them, the body and
hanger are usually made of high-strength aluminum alloy materials, which have
good stability and sturdy quality, and can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature,
and high-speed pressure environments. Pressure head is a component that applies
pressure to the surface of a material under the action of a machine, usually made of
cast iron or steel material. The magnitude of the pressure can be adjusted through
machine operation.
