The device mainly cuts and trims the micrometer sized components of the semiconductor circuit inside the liquid crystal screen, especially the passivation layer (silicon oxide/nitride) and metal interconnects, through a high-frequency (30Hz) pulsed laser beam under mirror imaging to achieve circuit maintenance. The device can use a dial design digital display to adjust the laser pulse energy and interface selectable wavelength for different target materials.
