Fault analysis; The black stripes on the screen are mainly caused by the following reasons;

1、 If the COF is damaged and the chip is burnt out and not working, the method to determine whether the

COF is damaged is very simple. If the chip is working normally, it will definitely generate heat. To determine,

simply touch the chip with your hand and compare it with other chips that are working normally.

If there is no heat, the probability of chip damage is high, and you only need to replace the COF.

2、 COF is normal, but the signal line is interrupted. Unlike the above situation,

when we touch the chip with our hands, we will find that the temperature is normal;

But the corresponding position has always been a black belt, with no response.

The main reasons for this malfunction are.
1；ITO on the edge plate is broken, which means that the electrode position on the edge plate is corroded and broken
2.；The soft ribbon cable is damaged, the soft screen cable is oxidized and blackened,

or only the soft ribbon cable is damaged during disassembly and assembly
After identifying the fault, simply replace the corresponding components to repair it.
