Product application
Mainly in the mirror through the high frequency pulse laser beam of the LCD internal semiconductor circuit of the micron size of cutting and trim especially passivation layer (silicon oxide / nitride) and metal interconnection to achieve the role of line maintenance, the device can adjust the laser pulse energy and wavelength for different target materials.
Equipment use
