The fault appears as a white screen on the left three-quarters of the screen,
The right quarter screen is displaying normally, as shown in the following figure, Figure 2
Based on the analysis of the fault symptoms. Because some of the images are displayed normally, the three major logical circuits; Power supply circuit; The logic circuit and gamma correction circuit are both normal. The main fault lies in the X-axis (TAB) driver module circuit. We first use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the input terminal of the second module on the right (i.e. X2). The voltage at pins 25, 89, and 97 of the TAB driver module is zero volts, which is normally 7.95V. The voltage of other pins is normal. Visually, the driver chip of the TAB module has been burnt out, as shown in the following figure; Figure 3.
And the other two modules X3 and X4 also burned out at the same time. After replacing the X2, X3, and X4 modules with binding machines for the NT39992H-C1279C module, the power on test image displayed normally, as shown in the following figure. Figure 4 troubleshooting
Summary; The 32 inch JD screen with 4+2 has a front (TAB) module that burns out. If it is tested for too long without replacement, it will cause the rear modules to burn out together. Therefore, the TAB module of this screen will burn out more,
Sometimes even four of them burn out together, so attention should be paid when repairing them.
