The device mainly uses high-frequency (30Hz) pulse laser beams to cut and trim micrometer sized components of the semiconductor circuit inside the LCD screen under mirror image, especially the passivation layer (silicon oxide/nitride) and metal interconnection, to achieve circuit maintenance. The device can use a turntable design digital display to adjust laser pulse energy and interface optional wavelengths for different target materials.
